Who we are
TOD KIDZ is dedicated to helping children develop a growing and loving relationship with God, by sharing the message of Jesus Christ in a way that is obtainable for children and easy to understand.
TOD KIDZ exist to partner with parents and families in laying the foundation for faith in the lives of children. Each of our age-appropriate programs are designed to help children know Christ in a personal way, understand His Word and instill Biblical principles in their lives. We encourage children to grow in their own spiritual walk and to share the love of Christ with others.
What we teach
TOD KIDZ engages the children in various biblical educational activities to train them in the way they should go so that when they grow up, they would not depart from it (Proverbs 22:6). The activities include:
- Memory Verse Recital
- Song Ministration / Acting Songs
- Bible Study / Quizzes
- Sword drills
- Musical Skits / Drama
- Crossword Puzzles
- Storytelling – Bible Stories
- Craftwork / Coloring
Age groups
TOD Church loves babies – and our kids! Age-appropriate programs designed to nurture our children and help them achieve their full potential as followers of Christ define the Children’s Ministry. The children’s church is divided into four (4) major age-specific categories:
Noah’s Ark Class 3 to 5 Years
Ebenezer Class 6 to 8 Years
Maranatha Class 9 to 11 Years
Gilgal Class 12 to 14 Years
TOD KIDZ is offered at two times: 7:30AM and 10:00AM every Sunday.
How we teach
Our desire is to ensure the Children know God and grow in Christ. TOD KIDZ employ a comprehensive program focusing on teaching and reinforcing simple biblical principles. Ideas are presented in kid-friendly ways and in a kid-friendly environment. This combination makes the lessons easy to understand and to remember. You will be delighted at what transpires when the Word of God is sown into the lives of your TOD Kidz. The kids are trained along Biblical percepts of balanced growth including lessons on Salvation, Worship, and Obedience.
To register your child for TOD Kidz, simply come to the Children’s wing on the first floor or contact the Children’s Ministry Associate Pastor.
Calendar Events
- Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a fun-filled event of music, Bible study, crafts, and recreation. VBS is held every August.
- Bible Quiz is Held at the End of the Quarter.
- Team Building/Sport for various classes is held every November
